Madelaine Akras t/as Wholistic Essentials ("Wholistic Essentials") is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

To ensure the highest possible standards of care, we reserve your appointment time solely for you.

Therefore we require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to effectively schedule appointments where possible, and manage our resources to provide exceptional care to all our clients.

For all cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged, unless there are exceptional circumstances. No-show appointments will likewise be charged the full appointment fee.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible, to give us an opportunity to offer your allocated time slot to another client on our waiting list.

To prevent double booking, forgetting your appointment or changing your mind, we strongly suggest that you include the appointment details in your diary or calendar. As a courtesy, we will send you reminders via email and/or SMS message prior to your scheduled appointment.
