Ear Candling is a gentle and relaxing technique.

An Ear Candling treatment requires two candles. Ear candles are hollow tubes made from beeswax infused with honey and various therapeutic herbs.

You lie down on your side and the ear candle is placed gently into the ear. When lit, it creates a vacuum in the ear, drawing out residue. You may hear a cracking sound, which is due to the burning of these waste deposits being drawn up by the candle.
